½ C mayo

½ C sour cream

¼ C buttermilk

6 oz bleu cheese crumbles
- Pinch of pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients into jar.
- Using the plunger lid, set to speed 8 and blend for 1 minute and 3 seconds or until contents are smooth.
- Add in a few whole blue cheese crumbles.
- Once finished, pour contents into a container and let chill in the fridge overnight.
