1. How do I clean my Nuwave® Forever Air Purifier?
Simply follow these steps:

Prepare for cleaning:
- Set the vent angle to 90 degrees and unplug the Forever before cleaning.
- Always wear a mask and rubber gloves for safety.

Clean or replace filters:

Open the filter slot cover and remove the filters that require cleaning or replacement.

Stainless-Steel Pre-Filter:
- Remove dust or lint with a paper towel or vacuum.
- If there is excess dust, wash with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and let it air dry completely before reinstalling.

Ozone Filter:
- Clean with a vacuum or dry cloth, wiping debris directly into a waste bag. Do not get the Ozone Filter wet.

Bio-Guard Filters:
- Wet the filter first then spray with a mild detergent and let it sit for 2–3 minutes.
- Shake off excess detergent and submerge the filter in warm water, then shake clean. Repeat until the water runs clear. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow filter to air dry completely before reinstalling.

Stainless-Steel Pre-Filter:

Open the filter slot cover and remove the filters that require cleaning or replacement.

Clean the shutters:
- Wipe the shutters on the vents at the top of the unit carefully with a damp cloth.

Clean the air quality and dust sensors:
- Remove the cover on the dust and odor sensor located on the right side of the unit.
- Vacuum the sensors or wipe clean with a clean cloth or unscented duster.
- Clean the inside of the dust sensor with a cotton swab. If there is heavy buildup, use a moistened swab followed by a dry swab.

Clean the air intake and fan unit:
- Remove all filters.
- Use the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner to clean the intakes on both sides of the filter housing both inside and out along with the fan unit. Alternatively, use a clean cloth or an unscented duster.
2. Why does the Nuwave® Forever motor stop while in Auto Mode, and how do I get it going again?
Under certain extraordinary circumstances, the fan motor of the Nuwave® Forever will shut down to protect itself. This is not a failure of the unit, but rather a safety feature. To clear the motor and get it going again, turn the unit off and then turn it back on. The fan motor will operate normally.

4. What is the warranty?
The Nuwave® Forever Smart Air Purifier includes a 3-year warranty.
1-YEAR VIP WARRANTY SERVICE:
The 1-Year VIP LIMITED WARRANTY applies only to purchases made directly from Nuwave® LLC (not third-party retailers) by customers within the 48 contiguous states. It covers customer's shipping costs when returning a defective unit to Nuwave® (if requested) and when having a replacement unit and/or parts shipped from Nuwave® to customer for one year from date of purchase. Shipping covered under this warranty shall be via UPS, FedEx, or another similar service, determined at Nuwave®'s sole discretion. This warranty does not replace the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty and it shall only apply to shipping costs when Nuwave®, in its sole discretion, determines that a valid warranty claim has been made under the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. 5. Am I eligible for an Energy Star rebate on my Nuwave® Forever purchase?
You might be! As an Energy Star certified appliance, purchasing an Nuwave® Forever may qualify you to receive a rebate from your local energy provider. Here’s how you can find out if you qualify:

- 2.Navigate down to the Rebate Finder and enter your zip code
- 3.Click on the button for your energy provider and complete the rebate application on their website to see if you qualify for rebates on Air Purifiers (Cleaners)
6. What are the Nuwave® Forever's weight and dimensions?

7. What is the Auto Function?
This setting allows the Nuwave® Forever Air Purifier to react automatically based on air quality, engaging the fan at Speed 3 when Level 3 air quality is detected.
8. What is the Energy Saver Mode?
This energy-saving function is similar to the Auto Function in that it allows the Nuwave® Forever to remain off until poor air quality is detected. Once poor air quality is detected, the unit goes into Auto Mode and works until the air quality is back to good air quality, and then it shuts off.
9. What is the Ultimate Clean Function?
This is another energy-saving mode during which the Nuwave® Forever fan operates constantly on Speed 1 as long as the air quality is good, increasing to Speed 6 at the first hint of poor air quality or odor, and then returning to Speed 1 once air quality is restored.
10. What is Sleep Mode?
This mode will turn off the Nuwave® Forever’s indicator lights, and automatically adjusts the fan speed to maintain air quality while minimizing noise.
