4 medium sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips.
Soak fries in water for 30 minutes.
Preheat NuWave Brio to 370°F.
Pat fries dry and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Once preheated, place fries in NuWave Brio Basket and air fry for 12 minutes.
