Ingredients
- 2 C milk
- 3 Roma tomatoes, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 leaves fresh basil

½ C sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 t chili flakes
- Pinch of salt and pepper

½ sweet potato, baked and quartered
Directions
- Add all ingredients into jar.
Using plunger lid, set to "Soup" and blend for 5 minutes.
- Once finished, remove the lid and carefully pour sauce into a container.
- Serve over pasta, chicken, or favorite dish.
